We do this work to change our social compact to a new code of conduct, one that empowers healing, creating a new social DNA through collective agreements. We offer social recipes and facilitation training that includes mediation processes to support valuing conflict. We work with trauma, both individual and collective; Living Example, is a social recipe that builds trust in working with conflict – filtering out trauma in order to support healing.
Our work is to support you in building your own social blueprint with the values of a care-based regenerative social compact. Through building alignment and ownership into the to agreement processes we help you create a new social norm, cultivating a healthy environment, fostering regenerative relationships.
